Cancellation and Refund Policy

If for some reason you need to reschedule an appointment, then please do not hesitate to call. We will be happy to rebook your appointment.  In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment the same day with less than six hours notice, we figure you are having a pretty difficult day.  Because we do not want to make your day even worse there is no charge for that days cancellation; although in the future you will need to prepay for your massages and the prepayment is non refundable in the event that you cancel in the future with less than six hours notice.  This time gives us the opportunity to rebook the appointment and give the massage therapist ample notice.
